From Scientific Analysis to Elegant Design

Building a landscape that thrives requires a blend of creative vision and environmental science. My process ensures that your outdoor space is not only beautiful but also ecologically sound and sustainable for years to come.

1.  INITIAL CONSULTATION & ESTIMATE

The First Step:  Exploring the Possibilities -  Our collaboration begins with an in-person consultation to discuss your vision, goals, timeline, and budget. During this visit, I perform a preliminary site evaluation to determine the project’s potential and ensure we are a good fit for one another.

• Cost: This initial project estimate is provided at no charge.

2.  DESIGN & INSTALLATION PROPOSAL

The Deep Dive:  Scientific Analysis & Custom Curation - Once we agree to move forward, we enter the design phase. This stage requires an upfront, separate design fee (calculated based on the size and complexity of your site). This fee covers the high-level technical work required to build a resilient landscape:

• Technical Assessment: I evaluate soil health, water drainage, and sunlight patterns to ensure your plants will thrive.
• Site Inventory: I take precise measurements and assess existing vegetation to work with the land’s natural assets.
• Custom Curation: I select site-responsive plants and materials specifically tailored to your unique ecosystem.

The Deliverable: You will receive a formal Design and Installation Proposal outlining the full scope of work, material specifications, and final project fees.

3.  AGREEMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

The Transformation:  Bringing the Vision to Life - Upon approval of the final design, we will sign a service agreement and a down payment will be submitted to secure your place on the installation schedule.

• Note: Your initial down payment is fully deducted from the final project cost.
